I would go PPV & PPC route for this.

Best way to get targeted traffic.

Make sure that you come across as likable and be open to building relationships.

The free method would be go search on google for related forums, and join as many as you can, you can then post your MLM tips to share with others, build relationships and also at the same time promote your link in your signature, plus advertise in the marketplace sections in forums whenever it's available, good luck!

Join MLM Facebook groups there a many. Don't go in and just start spamming. Try connecting with people in those groups.

  The problem that I have found with these groups is that everyone in them is just trying to get you to join their opportunity or trying to sell you something. They aren't necessarily looking to join anything.

Getting 30-100 unique targeted visitors a day will be very difficult for free and unless you have one hell of a sales funnel probably won't amount to much anyway. I would suggest looking for 2 - 5 people per day to actually talk to. Relaying information and videos, etc. online is fine, but trying to recruit network marketers online without personal interaction is rarely productive. If you don't build a personal relationship with your distributors, they won't even say goodbye when they drop out (if they ever sign up to start with). It's a relationship business. Trust me, I've been down that road....

I will always (but ALWAYS) recommend offline meetings for building communities and MLM is about building a community. Anybody's living-room will do. I know, it depends on a lot of stuff, but still I think it's a good idea.

If your not doing it, set up a blog, blog often, hook it up to social media and you could do blog commenting to get traffic flowing and social sharing. Takes time, but if your looking for free methods.

Guest posting is another possible option.

Blogging, classifieds, related forums, clickbanking and ad-swaps, social media. Clickbanking alone should get you close to those numbers if you can stay out of click debt and continually return the clicks.

You can build a blog and learn SEO to get free organic traffic there. Blog posting (putting offer in signature). Social media is another avenue. These all just take a bit longer.

For MLM prospect you will certainly need to develop relationships/trust and allow people to get to know you before any pitch would stand a chance. IMHO a blog with quality content over a consistent period would be a start.
I am also developing traffic through my own time & effort, but I know that it's going to take time to develop returning and regular traffic.
