Way To Automate Updating Google Alerts To WP Blog?

I've heard good things about Content Curation Plugin by Walt Bayliss. I'm not an affiliate, but I know of several satisfied customers. There are other plugins I think.

I have owned Walt's GAlert plugin for almost 2 years. The recent incarnation is indeed Called Content Curation Plugin and it does a fair good job of pulling GAlerts straight from the Google...no emails necessary.

It pulls snippets with links back to the source material and you can have it autopost spun content that you have added with each of the snippets to make them unique.

You have lots of other features as well including automatically adding YT videos and images from a couple of different sites with the GAlert snippets. It pulls from some other sources too, but you need a subscription for the other sources (except RSS).

The only big bug so far is DON'T set the wrong feed because the data is stored in the DB even after the feed is deleted so it will post everything on that GAlert feed until the initial data pull is exhausted.

I think may be what you are looking for...as long as you don't mind short snippets. Antoher thing you can do with the plugin is have multiple snippets post to the same blog entry.

One more thing...the plugin will also post tweets to multiple twitter accounts.
