The terms of the license will say what you can and can't do, so you'll have to read the terms of the license to find that out. If the terms of the license are unclear/ambiguous, then try to contact the product creator.

Yes the terms should tell you exactly what you can and can't do with plr and such.

If you can't locate the terms then I would contact them if you have their details and ask them directly.

Most plr suppliers will let you do anything, apart from selling the package again as PLR..

Without seeing any actual license(s) in question, I would suggest not to accept, or give any answers to this question. Lately there seem to be many so called PLR licenses, that do not allow you to do a whole bunch of things that "normally" a PLR license lets you do. This is true for all other licenses as well.

PLR is the one you should get if you want it to do all of the 3 things you mentioned..

These lines refer to the rights of the product:
[YES] Can sell Resale Rights
[YES] Can sell Master Resale Rights
[NO] Can sell Private Label Rights

This line refers to the product itself:
[NO] Can be given away

But the real confusion is with this line:
[YES] Can be offered as a bonus

Meaning you CAN give it away as a bonus to another product, but because it doesn't specify that the product needs to be a paid product, you could technically give it away as a bonus along with your main freebie giveaway product.

But really, as others have said already, if you have doubt, contact the seller.

As Joan already stated, that one can't be given away in any format.

Usually when the rights refer to the product as a bonus, it usually means it must be a bonus to a paid product. Guess it's one of those, not stated, but implied? But it is not really legally clear.

On a side note, if your looking for something to give away, why are you not looking at PLR? You want something you can edit, add your name, website, even your affiliate links. Since it's a give away, at the very least you want to brand it with your name. Or your missing out on opportunities to drive future traffic or sales just from the give away product.

Your looking at a MRR product and MRR can not be edited.

Your best bet is to read the license terms for that product. Seems like everybody wants to dictate their own terms nowadays. You see people offering PLR, Giveaway Right, MMR but when you read the terms they have a mess of things you CANNOT do with it, like give it away to your sister's baby's brothers cousin.

I believe the thing to do is to get the product and make enough over all changes to call it yours, i. e. combine parts of multiple products that you have made alterations to. Then say it's yours to use as you see fit under your own terms and write out your rights the way you want to.

When offering it in a free membership, you're giving it away and getting a lead in your membership, so in a sense, it's not free. And most free membership have a paid option too, so there's a chance of a sale if your funnel is setup right. The best thing to do here, would be to contact the product creator directly and ask him/her if you can use the content/product as a lead magnet to build your list.

Most quality PLR authors and writers don't allow posting the content publicly, since it devaluates the content and gives it away for free.

When you see "[NO] Can be given away", it means can cannot offer it as a lead magnet or give it away for free or post it on your blog.

Article sharing sites is a big NO-NO for PLR, most sites don't allow, it's bad for SEO too (duplicate content), the better option is to completely rewrite the PLR, add in your insights and then post it. Better SEO juice and more targeted content and if know what you're talking about.

That's why, when you purchase PLR or resell rights products, make sure you can use it as a lead magnet, also known as using it to build your list or able to give it away for free.
