Too many orders, now order confirmation emails getting caught in SPAM filters :(

Sorry yes I know I'm a new member, I really should have joined here several years ago, maybe if I had I wouldn't be having this problem now

My online business is getting so many orders that the order confirmation and shipping emails are get trapped in SPAM filters or blocked entirely. Mostly Yahoo email is blocking the emails, gmail and hotmail don't seem to have a problem. Started using Mandrill.com (part of Mailchimp for anyone not familiar) to keep an eye on it but I haven't found a solution, mandrill just alerts me when the emails are blocked.

Today I got an angry email from a customer asking why they didn't get a confirmation email before their package arrived..... but that email was sent days ago and the shipping email was already sent too.

My website has NEVER sent a mailing list, NEVER sent a survey email, NEVER sent any email other than 1) Order confirmation email 2) Order shipped email.

I have read the "guides" on how to avoid spam filters and have tried everything to no avail. I have the business address in the emails, I have unsubscribe links, doesn't seem to help.

Is there any service I can use to help get around spam filters better?

Get yourself a professional email / autoresponder service. Process your orders through a professional merchant account and fulfillment service. Don't try to run your business with Yahoo or Hotmail.

Why don't you send out the confirmation email from 2 different accounts, 1 of them being yahoo?

Or you could ask a programmer to build you a script that checks for the customer email and if the email is a yahoo email the system would send out the confirmation from a yahoo email and if it is from somewhere else they would get the regular email.

huh.... that might work... seems like a pain though, that can't be the way ebay, amazon, newegg, craigslist, etc send out emails.

I would like to find a transactional email service i can just pay and I can give them the emails and they format them or whatever it takes to get through the spam filters and they send them out and monitor the emails. Problem is a google search reveals dozens of options, here's a few of the companies that claim they will get transactional emails around spam filters.
      sendgrid.com
      suretymail.com
      mailjet.com
mandrill.com = which I'm currently paying for and is not working as well as I had hoped
      mailgun.com
      serversmtp.com
      easy-smtp.com
      postageapp.com
      postmarkapp.com

etc etc etc. See my dilemma?

Or use a SMTP service to send the actual emails. Easier than going through a autoresponder service. Least in this instance.

sorry no, that's what i'm looking for, I am using a smtp service (or transactional email service) now, mandrill, and mandrill is reporting that the emails are being blocked

And yes I've tried contacting yahoo for years, they never reply, and I've already followed all their guidelines to keep the emails from being blocked but they're still being blocked.

Have you tried sending your transactional emails through Amazon SES yet? I have had good results with inboxing with them.
