Clickbank - Is there a problem with recording hops?

Hi Fellow Warriors,

I just noticed that my hops have suddenly gone to zero as of yesterday and today. This is highly unusual - my numbers may not be huge, but I don't recollect ever having seen zero hops in my account. Usually, they hover between 15 and 40 or so, and when I do special promotions, they go higher.

Also, these hops/clicks come from a range of different products, so it's not a matter of one site being down either.

Has anyone else had this happen during the last couple of days?

What could it be?

    They are having a hops problems. But the sales are ok. So keep doing the job!

      They did have some issues yesterday and are doing maintenance.

      Per ClickBank yesterday...

      We experienced some unforeseen issues with Hops and Paylinks in the last hour. We quickly diagnosed the issue and everything should be working appropriately again. You can always view our current maintenance schedule by clicking the Scheduled Maintenance updates on the bottom right hand side the Dashboard page in your account.

      5:15 PM - 6:15 PM PDT
      Hops and Orders will be available. All other applications will be unavailable.

    All I know is that they had site maintenance yesterday and that is why you are not seeing any hops.

      Thanks so much for your feedback, talfighel, MilesBaker, keyforge, and misard! Apparently, that was the reason for the zeroes!

      I just checked and my hops have actually appeared retroactively, so all is well.

      No hops for today yet, but it's still early And now that I know that they will eventually appear, I'm not going to worry so much anymore.

        Are the hop link tracking working now or not.

        I see that they still are having delays.

          Actually, you're right Talfighel. Today I'm back at zero hops, and that's not
          likely to be accurate. But I'm not worried about it anymore since I now know
          it doesn't mean much and it will be adjusted later.

          Of course I hope they'll sort it out soon...
