Lead Generation Software

Hi All,

We are looking into launching a lead gen business and we are wondering what crm software systems people use in this industry. From basic research it appears salesforce is the daddy in this industry but that comes at a premium. I'm wondering if people have experience working with alternative systems which may be more cost effective?

Any feedback/suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks!

      Hi Syed,

I mean from the point of view of managing multiple websites and advertising campaigns within one crm system.

We effectively have 50 websites which translates to 10 campaigns. This means 10 different clients and payment models. We are looking for a system which tracks, monitrors and manages everything from one location.

I hope that explains things a little clearer.

      Thanks!

If your targeting established companies then in USA and UK it is Salesforce although I built most my systems around Zoho as it is much cheaper.

Both API's are pretty simple so you can write some code to throw your leads into either pretty simply.

Salesforce is a good platform and usually fits well with mid-size and up companies.

It's very common to drop $125,000 on an install so make sure you know hat you really need.

Also consider starting with a more basic system until your model is proven and profitable.
