What shopping cart and affiliate tracking do you use?

I am in the same boat...what you are after is one-click upsell capability - I haven't found any solution yet that offers both shopping cart and affiliate tracking/management integrated into one product. 1SC would be one, yet while you can do upsells, it is not a 1-click upsell - the only current solution with them would be using a plugin, whereby you would manually have to enter the order through your merchant account.
I have also looked into QPP which seems to be a total automation of all your processes. They seem to have 1click upsells incorporated into their platform, however I am having a hard time finding any (trustworthy) testimonials/recommendations other than those with affiliate links to them. I have heard they used to be bug-ridden and customer service near to non-existent, however what their websites shows it looks a very solid list of features. Not sure how good their interface is to work with, and I have not come across any website using them as yet.

Another good choice apparently is Infusionsoft, but a couple of grand set up cost plus a few hundred $$ per month. Then I have been pointed to Magento recently, which I believe is a script on your own server. There is a free and premium version. I am yet to check them out more thoroughly.
Ultracart and Nan o cast have also been mentioned in previous threads, but I personally find their websites are lacking a lot of information which makes it hard to understand how these products work - you can tell that they are geeks. I have heard a few that find them difficult to set up or work with.

Please let me know how you go, and what you have looked into so far. I'd be really interested to see what else is out there.
