Hi,

I found a great source for building lists in any niche. But the problem for me, how to convert the user eventually.

Is this still working?

- Offer something valuable to the user in the email
- Later on i found solution to the problem here <my product or cpa link>

Can you guys help me in moving up.

Regards

what is your source ? ))

I am not an expert. Talking as consumer or internet user, if someone give me valuable thing like ebook, product or something else, I give him/her my email address and click their emails if they continue to send valuables (not try to sell in every emails)... Otherwise, I never register or register with temporary emails. I think that building list is about continuously providing valuables.

You need to make sure that you come across as an expert in your niche. If you provide them with a free product, then make sure it's quality.

We tend to have a habit or remembering quality products, and if that same person offers or recommends you another product, then most of us tend to listen real carefully.

Make your free offer a high quality product, but make sure it presells the offer you promote in the backend. So for example if your niche is weightloss, give away a free diet plan (one that works with proof it works) and you can promote a supplement that's needed for the diet.

So my advice is simply to choose a product to promote first, and then find a high quality free offer, not the other way around..

Jens makes a good point. Too many people build lists, then think about what to offer them and how.

Remember, it's cart first, then horse.

The other way around only leads to frustration.

Would you put a Clydesdale in front of a racing sulky? A Shetland pony in front of a big beer wagon?

As Steven Covey advised, begin with the end in mind.

  • Your follow up email sequence its what will do the converting. Some emails will build up interest while providing straight to the point solutions. And other emails wil have offers.

All the emails should have an entertainment aspect to it, little jokes, personal asides, etc.

Of course, you could just use some of the many already well crafted email sequences available: Follow Up Email Sequences To Send To Your List

I've noticed by combining those 2 'bullets' you posted above (into one)...

Is a helluva lot more profitable

So it would look like this:

Offer something valuable that is a solution to their problem
