Using a Broker to Flip My Site?

Any suggestions or ideas on where I could go? I listed on Sitepoint and I'm not getting any bites, I actually think I put my buy it now TOO low that people don't even think it's real, this was my first flip so I really didn't know any better. Any idea on where I could contact a broker though or anything like that? Thank you!

    I don't how many projects like this you have going, but if I were you, I would wait a bit and try again. Sometimes you can get bad luck on the first couple of tries, but if the site clearly has value, it should sell eventually, and the cost of a broker may not be worth it unless we are talking at least a few thousand dollars on the sale.
