Pick a competitive market - say "gardening." It's a hot topic this time of year.

Spend a day online combing the many, many resources in the public domain (including the US government). Download "how to's" like books, tutorials, reports, guidelines and anything you can find on the topic that is well-written plus color images to illustrate your collection. Compile a large portion of it (80%) as a zip file in an organized manner.

Compile the 20% to be given away in a separate file.

Advertise this free package (the 20%) with compelling copy, images, and the following terms of use: "You can use this entire package in any way that you would like - no restrictions." You're a member, place this in the War Room as a "no restrictions" free share.

Include within the free package, an upsell offer to get a mega bundle of more of the same (the 80% package) for a very limited time. Charge a very reasonable fee (based on your assessment of what such a bundle is worth).

Smart marketers will realize the value of a no restriction package like this. You could create dozens of products with what you're offering.

With your profit from the upsell, set up a recurring fee membership site including a forum. Contact all the top Google "gardening" search result sites and offer to give their subscribers a heavily discounted membership for a year and give 100% of all sign-up revenue to the list owner. Make it a no-brainer - like $5 a month when your regular price is $27/month. That will get the ball rolling and some paying customers into your membership site.

Keep finding additional gardening tips, strategies, tricks, and advice and make your site a fantastic value. Build a vibrant community and create or outsource additional products. Offer top value affiliate products on your site to your members.

Yes, this is definitely work. You can succeed if you're willing to roll up your sleeves. But hey, you started with nothing and now you have a thriving business grown from nothing.

Hehe, well for kicks I have about 13 bucks on 7search. Started a campaign. It would be a good measure to see.

Someone already mentioned Fiverr, but I would think of some stuff I could offer over there that could be done quickly. The problem with Fiverr though is that you have to wait 2 weeks to get paid.

Other things I would definitely do is signup for WarriorPlus create a list of folks on google's gmail and start reviewing offers for the list. Depending on how many friends and associates you have online you will probably do better than $300 bucks.
