I am promoting Hostgator affiliate, and was hoping to build a list offering people a free coupon code to build my list and make some sales.

How would you drive 1000 unique views this this type of squeeze page.

    One way to get guaranteed traffic is to purchase it from a pay per click network like Google Adwords or Facebook ads. The only problem is that you have to pay cash for the traffic, but it comes instantly which can be great if you need to generate those visitors quickly.

    If you have a good sales funnel in place in your follow up, then i suggest you use paid traffic. Solo ads or ppc traffic would probably be the best option.

    I also suggest not to limit yourself to just promoting hostgator. Create a 10 part training course in your follow up in which you provide value and promote tools people need that earn you a commission.

      An amount of such volume as 1,000 clicks can only really be achieved through PPC such as Facebook or Google adwords.

      getting 1,000 uniques a day through just solos would be hard.

    1000 is quite a lot, Pay advertisement will cost a lot. If will make money of the back then then PPC is the way forward. if not I would contact people with already built lists an offer them a cut if they promote your offer to their list.

    PPC and media buys are the most reliable and expensive ways to get 1000 uvs a day. If using SEO, one would have to have a top ranking (1-3 on page 1) across a large number of related keywords to get there.

    Estimating from a mediocre click through rate of 2.5% once a visitor reaches the pre-sell site, you'd have to have 40,000 uv a day to get 1,000 of them to then click to the squeeze page on the site. If you were #1 for all the keywords, that means they would have to collectively draw 100,000 exact searches a day, or 3 million searches a month, to end up with 1000 uv/day going to the squeeze page.

    Think about the people you are targeting. In a place like this, most people have already been exposed to offers like this. And if people are looking for hosting, they will probably find other offers before yours since hosting is so competitive.

    You might want to think about something with added value. For example, maybe they get the hosting as part of an offer where you also provide them with a special sort of website geared toward their niche.

    I sell a popular script, and I have had good success offering my script for free if they sign up for the hosting through the affiliate link.

    I think you need to think a little beyond traffic, as you need something special that will convert them.

    for them to purchase say to them if you purchase this you will help them build....
    you will help them with this... etc and you get the ... by outsourcing... need any help.. got problems that need answering... Im here to help

      The obvious answer is usually PPC etc. I personally launched a site in mid February and have had the fortune of growing that site to about 20,000 Uniques a month since then. The twist to my advice, is that my traffic has come through SEO and social media. ( free financialy, but time has value, so it is not free all together. )

      You need to think less of what it is you are offering, and more of what you can offer.

      People that are looking for "Hosting" have a few things in common. They want to #1 start a business. #2 extend their Social fan base to a more stable platform. #3 change hosts for any number of reason #4 think it would be coolto have a website.

      So it becomes your job to address any and all reasons you can think of that would draw these people to your site. Give these people the reasons they are searching for to make the leap and just invest in themselves.

      Why would they want to chose paid hosting vs free hosting IE Wordpress.com vs wordpress.org. You want to become that voice that says YES YOU can. THAT is when you will create conversions.

    In general or like the fastest?

    Fastest would obviously be PPC.

    Slower but steadier would be Google, guest posts, blog comments, social media, and email list marketing.
