what are you expect from someone who ask for joint venture?

I really want to joint venture.

This is the things.

No response.

They don't know me.

I am in their list.

If you put yourself into the position of a famous person.

You have a popular blog.

People in your list want to do quest blog to drive traffic to their site.

What makes you agree if they have no money and no list?

How is their letter look like? (attach a sample letter if you have one)

What do they need to do to build the relationship with you?

    I'm looking for something that is easy to implement, and will obviously work. I do occasionally read emails from people offering something, but extremely rare that I take them up on their offer.

    If I'm already doing well, why do I need them?
    (maybe I do, but I need to very good convincing.

    If I'm not doing well, what good am I to them?
    (maybe they have something mutually beneficial, but it needs to be an easy "win" or else I'll find something else. Good wording only goes to far)
