Need Telemarketing software advice
Hi I am starting a telemarketing company and need software that will track the phone calls of my workers, and allow them to take notes.The workers will put information into a database on the companies we will be contacting. I am fairly new to all this, and don't know what's the best way to go about the software. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks for your help!
