AWeber Account Closed?

So, weird and scary thing just happened.

I was creating a broadcast email in AWeber (1000 subs), and was getting a weird message that it was "failing to save". Thinking very little of it, I logged out, and when I logged back in, I received a notice that my account had been closed.

Panic ensued.

Although I have received 1 complaint, I do my utmost to ensure that I follow the rules. Provide good information, and I don't spam.

I called AWeber and I spoke with a pleasant lady named Dawn. Although she is supposed to call me back after she speaks to someone else, she did mention a problem with a link in the very email I'd been working on prior to the account closure.

What confuses me to no-end, is that this email wasn't even sent. I was working it, tweaking it, and just saving it to send tomorrow. That said, I don't even know what was wrong with it.

Any ideas?

It makes sense that Aweber would monitor emails that are being written. This helps prevent deliverability problems before they ever happen.

    What link were you using?

    ** UPDATE **

Just an FYI - The problem has been resolved. Seems that there was an issue with ClickMagick (link tracking software) being blacklisted. So, when I added the link, the account was automatically closed. Back up now

Good! Sounds like it's time to run your own click-tracking server on your own domain.
