I have seminars i am trying promote that have been filmed here in the U.K. Would it be worth my While promoting to a U.S Audience to? As some of the speakers are from the U.S?

    If the seminars are worth it, of course it will be worth it to promote them to US.. because this will get you a lot of new visitors.

      Of course, promote to the US, Canada, Australia etc...widen the prospects which will increase your success rate.

      Unless the seminar was based around methods that will only work in the UK, but I highly doubt that.
