Still can't use JVzoo

So I'm sorry for making this post again but my last one seems to of vanished before I even read any replies without warning. Maybe JVzoo owner is a moderator here??

I'm trying to use JVzoo to host my affiliate program but every time I try to fill out my w-9 it just loads endlessly until the page times out. This has happened at least 10 times now. If I try to send a support ticket it tells me that I have an invalid username/password no matter what even though I know for certain it is correct.

Is there a way to contact them, or a more reliable company to use? I don't think I can trust my money with them.

      Did you even read the post? I clearly said I can't enter support a ticket and I created this thread so that I can find a different way to contact them.
