I put in a support ticket just now and so far I've been impressed by how professional the support system operates at WF. You get two email notifications. The first is when you are pre-registered by the system and the second is the actual support ticket notification itself with tracking number. Looks awesome so far. Very smooth.

    Both of those features are actually just turned on by default in the ticket software they use. How long it takes to get an actual response is what matters

      I agree. Who cares about automated email responses sent by a ticket system. If that's all it takes to impress the OP then I say he has low standards.

      True, but at least they don't give you the feeling you're left hanging. So far, I love all the changes freelancer has implemented. Let's hope they keep up the awesome work so far.

          Yes, Thomas is still handling support. He is doing a great job with it. We're working with him closely to give him what he needs to improve support overall.

          Yes Thomas is still there, I had recently submitted ticket and as usual Thomas was quick in replying and sorting my issue. I am very happy with him being in the support.

    Personally, I think it's pretty silly that you have to register on the support site. Your WF details should work there too.

    WF support has always been great.I haven't used it since it traded ownership, but it's good to know it will still be the same.
