Which premium theme is suitable for a newbie?

I plan to change my theme as not happy with the (flexibility/appearance/features) of present one. (WP 2013) I've tried a few of the free wordpress ones but either can't make them look like the 'advert' or I still can't get all the elements I want in one theme. For example: I want flexibility with fonts, no sticky frontpage, flexibility with side bar placement, blog post excerpts with a 'read more' rather than the full post showing.
My niche is IM blog only at present (and affilates) but want to have own squeeze page etc. in near futture.
I've been looking at premium themes both Genesis, Optimize Press and Headway and wonder REALLY how easy each is for a non-techy newbie. Also if I go with say- Optimize Press (theme not plugin) will all my content and comments transfer over to the new theme? I don't want to lose anything. Some people tell me OptimizePress2 can be glitchy or takes a while to learn but on their sales pages it looks not too difficult.Grateful for any advice /opinions.
Thanks.

    Hi there,

If you would like to have squeeze pages, landing pages, sales pages, etc you should go with optimize press or other themes just like it depending on your budget and your needs.

On the other hand, if you are looking for a highly customizable theme I would suggest you (as I always do) this theme which you can customize in which and every way you want.

I personally use it when I think about new designs and layouts just because I can setup almost any layout I have in mind in minutes just to see how it looks, what it lacks and so on.

And yes you can also keep all the data you already have like posts, comments, pages, etc without having to worry about losing it.

I hope you will find this helpful.

    My best regards,
    Rares

Have you considered using ImpressPages CMS? Take a look, maybe you will be interested. It is very suitable for newbies and it is completely free. ImpressPages - PHP framework with content editor (just drag&drop)
