I'm in the process of launching my new website, Career Dreaming. It's been more of a continuous launch, as I've slowly been getting content over the past month and working on things behind the scenes.
I'd greatly appreciate your feedback and suggestions on the site so far. Initial reactions, points of improvement, ideas, are ALL appreciated.
Quick Background: Career Dreaming is designed to help job candidates better leverage recruiters to help them find new jobs, with the intention of the recruiters doing all the heavy lifting. I have a strong professional background in technology recruiting, so much of my advice and experience stems from my previous career.
