WP membership plugin

Warriors,

I am looking into buying a WordPress membership plugin. I want to see some opinions on what is the best product to buy and if there is a free one that works well.

    I ended-up purchasing Wishlist Member for a free membership site I'm starting on Tuesday actually. It works pretty well, no complaints. I would have likely gone a more expensive route if this site wasn't really a PR / for free move on my part.

    I don't have enough posts to post links, but a Google search brings it up quick.

    I've personally tried YourMember with good results (my review). You can see a sample site here. The only major drawback is "zero" integration with GetResponse and Aweber. The best thing is you can selectively block content on a post using a simple [private]hide this[/private] tag. Anything outside the tag shows up...everything else doesn't. You can have multiple membership levels and even a free one.

    Most of the members here are going ga-ga for Wishlist Member. I've read good things about it but haven't tried it yet. I'm sure others will chime in.

    Wishlist member is pretty nice...plus it connects up with 1shoppingcart if you use that cart. Check it out...
