I think this is the best blog on outsourcing I've found.

John Jonas on Living The 4-Hour Workweek

He specializes in outsourcing stuff to the phillipines. Great stuff, free gifts, and easy to read.

    yep,

    i find outsourcing to filipinos might be a better choice nowadays.
    i used to outsource work to Indians, but it's getting exceeding difficult.

    the excuses I get from them on why the work wasn't done can fill a 100 page ebook...

      Hi tofumonkey,

      You know there are several people who make the work. Others seek the objections and whining. That's it.

      Btw I only heard good things from two of my acquintance, they are satisfied what they get from the Philippines. I also intend to outsource some kind things in the near future and I'll try them out.

      Could you make an outsourcer excuse swipe file? I'd pay 5 bucks for that, it'd actually be pretty good if they have popular excuses that mean certain things.

    It is my belief that this guy really knows his stuff. And yes it's a great blog. I actually bought into his service, although the monthly service I do not believe is worth it. I just wanted the information of where to outsource.

      the Philippines are great for content writing, for they are more fluid in English but I don't ought to recommend them for administrative work.

      Has anybody used them for administrative work, but be curious to find out.

      I started in IM doing CPA and I think I would've done a lot better if I had outsourced the stuff I wasn't good at right away.
      I guess we can find Philipinos at elance, right?
      What other sources for outsourcing Phlilpinos are there?

    I have been very happy with my graphic designers and article writers from the Philippines.

    And I've gotten some good people from odesk, too. They were from the Philippines now that I think of it.

    Although in fairness, I've also had some great banners designer for me by an Indian guy who is talented, dirt cheap, and super fast turnaround. I'm sure there are good and bad outsource experiences from every nationality.
