    I think what you might be asking is where can you find videos that teach you how to get started in affiliate marketing under a particular niche- I got started just fine with youtube and Google. Just make sure you have an idea of what you're trying to do.

    You can crowdsource them. This is easier than you think if you have the right tools. Forums are great but Q + A sites are better to get content for this.
