You can probably find a timer or countdown plugin within the WP database that has an option for variable text outputs and time adjustment. I would recommend you do some searching around, I think you'll be able to find one. cheers.

Yes there are some in the wordpress database, but make sure to check for reviews first because some have bugs and don't work properly. I found that out personally

I use Ben Adkins' Timerlay countdown timer: Timerlay - Intelligent Scarcity Based Timers... Anywhere You Want.

It's not a plugin, but it's an awesome piece of software because:

1. You can do a date-based campaign (i.e. "Buy before X date before the price goes up!")

2. You can do a cookie-based campaign (i.e. offer new subscribers a special offer which expires after a certain number of days, no matter when they sign up, making it evergreen)

3. You can use it on ANY site, not just your own. The timer overlays ANY site you choose, which is awesome if you're an affiliate for someone else's stuff.

I have it and highly recommend it!

I agree, it looks amazing but it has a monthly fee. ScarcitySamurai for example is 97$. Its cheaper and not less effective

It didn't have a monthly fee when I bought it. Ah well.

  Just an update to my post. As Ron Burgundy said "I feel I need to clear the air"....just want to throw my 2 cents those guys made such a nice product for that price. IMHO. I have been using page expiration robot and it works perfectly. I didn't know they actually give you a standalone version with the plugin I was preparing to figure out how will use the damn plugin cause I work better html. BUT they actually give you a version you can install in your own server and use into html websites also. Who knew right? Amazing. Also I had some problem installing it, contacted support and they've solved it in 24h. Outstanding. It works with cookie or ip or fixed. So if you like you can fix it and even the visitor clears cookies all day long they will still get the redirect page after the counter hit 0. Wow. The only thing I dont know if its fixable is when the thing expires and you hit the back button you still get the old page with 17 seconds left or so...but I think that's a minor issue, compared with the product. The main reason I actually sat my ass down I wrote this post is that for years I have been dreaming with getting something like that and I never got the time to find it. Just stumbled across Scarcity Samurai but thought its too expensive when Boom, I found this guy. ha...

Looks great, I will consider it just in case. Its always good to have new alternatives. The url is www.countdownrocket.com correct? Is there a standalone version where you can use it on html and not wordpress? I just skimmed the sales page and I didnt see that. Is it works on cookie or fixed by IP also?

  You may also check good sale page using a countdown timer, then "control+u" (page source) and check exactly what the name of the timer they use, then check the name in GG.

I recommend OwlHQ - Optimize For Better Sales . It has all the features you guys are requesting. It's the MOST expensive out of all $549 Per month but it comes with whole a lot!

BUT! There is a WSO for blackfriday on this forum for 9$ one time. I do not want to give link out since its againts the rules but i will point to to it if you are intrested.

OP wanted a timer that works with his timezone till 2 PM. None of the ones you mention does that.. Check my previous reply.. It does EXACTLY what OP is looking for

Countdown Rocket does look to be the best, but the licensing system they are using is terrible. It does not work. Waiting now for support to supply a license code. Very frustrating when it should just work out of the box.
