How to create Private Label Rights (PLR) ebooks?

Hello people,

Just have a few questions. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am wandering how to create PLR products? I mean, how can people create PLR ebooks without infringing on other people's copyright?

And let us say after the PLR ebooks have been created, how do I know that my customer won't copyright the PLR ebook as their own? Is there any consequences if they do, and how can I prevent this problem?

    Creating PLR is easy. Just start writing or pay someone to do it for you. As long as it's written from scratch and referenced when needed you shouldn't have to worry about infringing someone else's rights.

    You could go a step further by checking the work on copyscape. After that you can set the rights to your customers as you like, including letting then claiming it as their own.

    It's actually difficult to enforce any actual rules on PLR products simply because your customers aren't the only ones who will have access to them. Their customers will have access to them too, so it will be almost impossible to track who did what and whether they had the rights to do it or not.

    At most you could blacklist a customer if you find they are not following the rules you've set, but I wouldn't be so hung up on it when I'm dealing with my PLR products.

    You write your own book and offer PLR (Private Label Rights) to it. What that means is people can change it any way they want and put their name on it as the author.

    You stipulate what is allowed and not allowed with the product. For instance, if you don't want others to sell PLR of this same product you are offering you stipulate that in your "rights" section of the sales page as well as in a downloadable license.

    Now protecting your rights is a whole other ball game.

    The best way is to writ you own book or hire someone to help write it and convert it to PLR so you will not worried about any infringement,

    Why would you worry about someone copyrighting your work. PLR is about re-purposing works. If you copyright a work it is no longer "plr". Unless your a big time publisher and can take people through a legal battle its really is no way to keep someone from copying what you have done. Just put the word out to the marketing community and their reputation is mud.

    Include a PDF with your license agreements in each package and make sure it's listed on the sales page. You want to make sure it's clear and easy for people to find so they understand what they're buying.

    Hi,

    You just write or create the report yourself and then offer the person the
    rights to put their name on it and either give it away, sell it or whatever
    limits you're willing to set for that PLR.

    Of course there are MRR rights amongst others too if you want to venture
    into those too.
