Sometime's Clickbank still amazes me with strange products - Headstone cleaning guide

A lighter post for a laugh.

After another post here at WF that let me know where the Clickbank shows New Products (I usually use CB Analytics), I found this crazy product:

HeadstoneCleaning.info

Hey, more power to the merchant. But after the "cure man boobs" niche, I thought I had seen it all. As my dad would say, seems like a grave situation!

    I wonder why you find this so funny.

    Admittedly, as memories fade and visits to the grave become further apart, the headstone can be neglected but for those people who decide to commemorate a loved one (human or animal) this is, indeed, a service that is much in demand.

    it's definitely a unique micro niche...seriously, there's a demand for all kinds of stuff out there...

    i even heard there was an ebook about how to meet & get autographs from nba superstar players...one of my friends saw that site...it just sounded funny...but the guy had videos, and pics showing him with nba players...so i guess there's a niche for all kinds of things...

      Funny thing is, here in Japan we have two main grave visiting and headstone cleaning days each year. Of course, washing down the headstones is pretty basic, but we have so many rituals for incense and candles that a guide would be quite useful for younger generations - and us Gaijin (first time, I blew out the flames on the incense - big no no).

    The first niche I ran into that surprised me was menslingerie.com and would you believe the domain is already taken? There can't be too many left. One guy I mentioned it to said "It wouldn't work for me. I prefer wearing ladies' lingerie." Fortunately he wasn't serious.

    Combine that with the op 'cure man boobs' niche and give your customers a choice.

    Grover thanks for the info about cb new products. I was wondering how to get at that. Affiliates Alert makes it sound mysterious unless you buy the paid version so I just assumed it wasn't available on CB. Just to save anyone else spending 15 minutes trying to locate the thread you mention I'll quote one of your lines here.

    "In the marketplace at Clickbank, choose Society & Culture for the category...then under Subcategories you will see "New Products".

    Who would have thought it would be simple, although I haven't actually tried it yet.

    Youd be amazed at how well some of the products in obscure niches convert.

    I wouldnt be surprised if that converted quite well although I dont like the Adsense at the top of the site.

    Here's a tip: Sell to the Chinese market.

    Like the Japanese, we have a major event for Chinese where we have to go back to our ancestor's grave to pray and clean the headstone.

    It IS a HUGE market. So don't be surprised.
