Think domain parking is dead? I had a $98 click today

Just thought i would share with others. I have had domains parked with voodoo for a while now and have been getting decent traffic and RPC. One of my domains host-account.com has had some steady traffic but nothing crazy, i recently changed my keywords to "managed host" and have been getting clicks ranging from $15-$98, crazy but is awesome as many say parking is dead. Is parking coming back?

    Well, I know the lifetime value of a managed hosting customer is pretty high.

    If you turned that domain into a managed web hosting review website, you could probably make a lot more money.

    A great niche, but it may be a glitch. Will you really receive payment for that $98 click?
    Remember that after cashing out you can still get a clawback.

    As your statement proves, it's definately possible to make money from parking domains, but i have some doubts:

    - Is this a one time event or do you get daily clicks like this?
    - Are you sure you will receive the income in your bank account?
    - And most importantly, wouldn't you make more if you would build a site on the domain you parked?

    It sounds like a great and easy source of income, but the "what if" question seems something i would be wodering about if it was my domain...

      I tried building websites and monetizing them. Everyone says will make more money developed but i havent been able to do that, with the exception of a coupon site which is doing quite well. Also, i am a novice web designer and my skills are definately limited. I would like to develop a few but dont know where to get started, heres a few names i would like to develop into review or affiliate websites.
