Creating an instant OTO download for your customers

Hi I have been working on finding away to create an instant download for my OTO's I want to sell my customers.

I have finally found some solutions:

-Payloadz,
-"Paypal Download Manager" from alurian
-Shopify

and I believe Godaddy has a solution if you are using there hosting but I'm not sure it would be right for OTOs as it would be more of a shopping cart.

Actually same thing with shopify now that I look closer at it.

Does anyone else have another solution?

Out of the ones I've shown, which one is the best?

    I think the OP is referring to the actions a person has to take after initially purchasing an item and then having to purchase again if they want to get the oto? Are you just using paypal to handle your sales and not an affiliate sales platform? Personally I use JVZoo to handle my funnels and have never found this to be a problem. If that is what is meant here? With JVZoo you can handle the instant delivery, the same is true for warriorplus but the latter would only apply to WSO's not self hosted solutions.
