How do I send my customers their download links

Hey fellow warriors

I have gone about and created my very first information product.

I have the sales page and the download pages already sorted out. The download page is password protected.

My main question .... how would or how can I set it up so that when someone pays via PAYPAL, they will be sent the link to the download page and also the password to get into the download page

Any suggestions are welcomed

    First off congrats on creating your first info product. That's a HUGE step!

    Personally, I use JVZoo with all my info products because they take care of all that for you. However, if I were to use PayPal this is what I would do:

    After the person purchases via paypal, I would have paypal redirect them to a page where you tell them to enter their email address to immediately receive a link to the download page with the password.

    You can use Aweber or any other autoresponder to set up an email that gets sent out to them automatically with a link to the download page and the password.

    To do password-protected download pages, I would recommend products such as OptimizeMember, WishList, etc.

    These programs will "communicate" with platforms such as JVZoo ( ... and PayPal!) and make sure that your customers can register and get their password for your download page.

    Aweber is the way to go. or you can use 1shoppingcart or clickbank.
    You should setup your infoprogram with clickbank. it's easy and fast and works perfectly for any info product.

    Hi Congrats for first product,
    after every purchase ,your can redirect your buyer to a new page were you can ask them to enter the details like name ,email id,phone no,etc and then use the email id for sending them the password and link for the download.
    The best part is that you can even use the email id for the future sales ..

    JVzoo and DLGuard are good options...JVzoo on it's own should be enough if you are communicating by the Paypal IPN to a membership platform.

    You could upload to Free File Sharing and Storage made Simple. (get a free account) and store your products there, then send out an auto-response via Aweber, etc. and give buyers the download link there. I think MediaFire has pass-word protected options or 1 time download options too, but I don`t use those.

    I have used SELLFY.COM to deliver the products to my customers/buyers .............


    I use SELLFY. They charge 5% for all transactions. What I do is upload a PDF to SELLFY.COM withe link to my password protected download page and I also include the password as well.

    SELLFY.COM will deliver that file for me to the customers and all they charge is 5% of transaction fee no matter how large or small it is.

    This way is more convenient for me...I dont mind paying the 5%

    Best NOT to send a link at all - except as a backup.

    Counting on email to deliver any mission critical item is assure fire way to increase your refunds and customer support load because customers will find 20 different ways to not receive that email i.e. used their "other" email and forgot, typos, spam filters, etc, etc, etc.

    You always want to use a digital download system that delivers the content as the very next action after successful payment has been confirmed.

    For example, when the customer buys the product, they should be redirected immediately to the digital download page for immediate gratification and then an email should be sent out with a secure, 24-hour only, back up link.

    The last thing you want is a customer buying at night or on the weekend and not finding their email link. I guarantee that when this happens, you'll find a refund request waiting in your in-box.

    If you setup a direct sale from PayPal, look in their advanced button options, and you can forward the user to a URL after they pay.

    However if you are using Warrior plus you can specify the URL in the setting page, same for JVZoo also.
