Is Anyone else having problems with Optinlinks (forms) not saving text?

Hi - just wondering if anyone else is having problems with implementing Optinlinks? We're having problems with (even the newest updated version) not saving text placed on the forms. We really like the concept of Optinlinks - just can't get it to work properly so we can move on.

Support will not respond, so we thought maybe someone here could provide a solution or point us in the right direction.

    Hi Joe,

    I'm a user myself, and haven't seen this error...can you elaborate please on what you mean by text placed on forms? Do you mean name/email or some custom field? one of mine is at Profit Points PDF Download | and all appears working from our end. I've setup a dozen pages with it and not noticed that kind of error - lemme know what you mean exactly?

      It's the form the visitor sees after they Optin ...they call it "Secure" form, but you can change it to anything you want. However, whatever we change it too will not save. I wrote to Don...he replied and said, there was a bug in older version - so we took his advise and deleted files from old version and uploaded new version...it still will not save the new text. Don will not respond to this... maybe just to busy.

        To busy to look after customers? I am looking at their sales page right now and was liking the $67 price of the Professional version. Glad I did a search of the forum here first. Have had a few great products before with lousy service. Need to think about this some more.

    Support has been backlogged for a few days while the guys are working on a pretty big update to the plugin. We should be back to regular, 24-hour response times soon.

      Hi Kevin, I want to buy the plugin but first I want to know if the plugin allows create custom forms and if it's possible to paste JavaScript code from get response so when the user clicks on a button the form pops up.

    I'm on 1.1.0 and have been having problems with it for weeks. Every time I try to set up a site with it I end up giving up and using something else. I can never get it to finish processing and move to the secured page. Yes i've tried the different options.

    Starting to feel like I through away my money and worse a bunch of my time.

      I have nothing but trouble with optinlinks since I updated it to 1.1.0 when it just ceased to work.
      I foolishly thought that support would be able to help but little did I know that optinlinks support simply doesn't exist.
      I have written to them several times and so far haven't even had an acknowledgement. This is the worst example of product support that I have ever come across.
      I have finally insisted on a refund but as expected they have ignored that also.

        I guess I'm not the only one. It seem its a huge problem with many. This is the last WSO I'll be purchasing. And they are still selling it as if its working just fine.

          Sorry that I'm just now seeing this... Has your issue been resolved? If not can you PM me your transaction ID or the email you purchased with so I can look into this?

          Same with you, Joe. Your name looks familiar and I believe I've spoken with you personally within the last week or so. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

          Thanks guys... And I can assure you that we're back up to speed. Our new support team is pretty awesome and we're releasing a new version of OptinLinks very soon - which existing customers will get free access to.

          In the meantime, send us a ticket if you run into any issues with the current version(s) and we'll do what we can to get it fixed as soon as possible.

            it was frustrating to deal with the upgrade and optin links site down but kevin did answer promptly and the plugin is mostly working after the upgrade but i still cannot get the optin form to pop up on the site being the same format as the one in the settings

                Hi selfdisciplineacademy, emails to addresses on the optinlinks domain are being rejected. Have you had better luck?

                It's been 7 weeks since I've purchased from him & I've been trying to reach him & his team without a response so far (I've purchased after his customer support meltdown issues were solved) so their customer support approach should definitely be considered by folks before buying any of his products.

    Im having problems with Optinlinks period and Im really disappointed in the support. I haven't even been able to use the plugin at all. It keeps timing out. I posted ticket 2 months ago and no response. Even followed up 2 weeks ago. Still nothing! I saw the message about the backlog and I'm pretty patient but really?

    Ok my original ticket was Oct 7 and I followed up on 11/18. Is this really too much to ask? Not even an acknowledgement.

    Try uninstalling the plugin. Deactivate it and remove it.

    Then install it again. See if that fixes the problem.

    You should keep your Wordpress up to date.

    You can also try deactivating all plugins - and only reactive optinlinks. Then turn on each of the other plugins one by one - at the same check if the problem is fixed with the optinlinks plugin.

    You want to find out if another plugin is interfering.

    Kevin, I bought OptinLinks too a couple months back. Again, as said by others above, I loved the concept, but it has not worked for me at all. Support only said that they are working on an update, but that was a while ago.

    I inquired again but have had no response. I don't mean to complain but you guys sold it well but have yet to deliver. Again, I hope you fix it, because I'd like to use it.
