    Analyze your competitor's sites, especially those on page 1. Do they just flat out have better deals? Are there too many rivals who can outmatch you, or out SEO you? What kind of content do they have, how many referring links come to their site, and how good are those links? Are they connected to high authority/well branded sites?

    How many social signals do they have? How fast does their page load, how helpful is the layout for what the visitors want? What keeps visitors coming back to those pages, compared to yours? Adjust your site to mirror the best value in all the above particulars that you can manage.
