I strongly recommend LEAD ROCKET as its so simple to use & will create VERY
HIGH CONVERTING squeeze pages and allows you complete control it
creates GURU style Pages, also you can choose anything as an OTO so you
can test all sorts of great offers.

This is the best resource I found on how to create a WordPress squeeze page.

If you are not into coding, then I recommend having a look at a premium plugin or theme, for example OptimizePress. you can view a demo of all possible template here.

I agree with Omarkenawy Lead Rocket are very good for squeeze pages and its great you can use it for OTO, very well worth checking out good luck.

Wordpress can't do it alone, you will need a plugin.

I use OptimizePress 2.0, because it does everything like squeeze pages and even sales pages, webinar pages, and membership sites on top of that.

Or, you can just search for a plugin in your WP dashboard.

Here's a plugin for Wordpress that is free and looks like it would do the job nicely. You can download from wordpress.org WordPress › WordPress Landing Pages « WordPress Plugins looks like you can also do split testing with it. If you fancy getting your hands dirty then you could create a page template in Wordpress, some might struggle with this route though Page Templates « WordPress Codex
