SeoQuake plugin for firefox

I have just installed the above plugin but am confused about all the data that comes up when i search for sites in Google. Does anybody know if there is a manual that explains what all the different data means. I am trying to find where my keywords are ranking on Google, so will this plugin help me or is there something better. I look forward to hearing from anybody.
