Hey warriors,

is there anyway to reach Google over the phone and have a human speak to you?

Thanks.

You would first have to be WAY more specific than that. Google has so many different departments that you would have to narrow it down and then try searching that way. I don't think there is a general "Google" public phone number with operators standing by.

My guess would be probably not. But I can't say I've ever tried. Good luck!

Only in theory. It works very, very badly (if at all) in practice - read the "reviews": Google Customer Phone Number | Shortest Wait | Best Support | GetHuman.com

I have to say it's a serious challenge even to find a working contact form to send a support message

On the serious note, try to find one for your product if you can usually it's hidden somewhere in their support articles.

Google believes users should be able to help themselves/each other. This works great. Until you actually need someone with access to do anything.

Whichever one that you know of, where there's an actually human that can be reachable. If even after going through some hoops and killing monsters.

That's what I suspected and what I was trying to find out. Wasn't the case though before.

I actually *did* speak to them over the phone a year or so ago. But that number now has an automated voice message saying it is no longer in use... that the only way to reach them is through their other support forms... blabla.

LOL! So true. Oh well. I'm officially screwed then. (Goes to the nearest bar to get wasted).

Try these guys: note the various choices (telephone, chat etc); and further down is a list of the actual wait times. Not sure if available outside USA but most countries, you drop the "0" and add 001 or +1

    Hope it helps.

Phones ring at Google, but as there are no humans that work there, they just keep ringing.

Seriously though, I have talked to people at Google. But it really depends on what you need done. If you need something very simple and very specific done, maybe you can get it done (again, depending on what you need done). I would not, however, take anything any Google employee says as "truth." It's not that they're lying to you (although they will gladly do that), it's that there are so many contradictions to Google that things one department advises you to do will get you penalized or suspended by another department.

You might be able to get someone from Google on the phone, but the real question is will they be able to help you. From my experience, even when I got someone on the phone they either sounded like total morons, had bad customer service, or both! Real talk.

They have such a big user base that if you want to get in contact over the phone your going to have a hell of a time.

As far as I know you will not be able to contact via phone, you can only contact via email as a user of google. google has many sub site, such as gmail, youtube, drive, translate & so on. when you feel any problem in gmail section, you can send mail to them. every department is separate from each other.

Yeah right. Reaching Google is extremely difficult if not impossible.
