    Hey bigfoot12

Have you heard of QuickBooks Plus Online? This is an inventory management system (mainly for small companies with light inventory) that I have heard great things about from friends of mine.

It is very affordable at only $39 a month and it can go up to 5 users per account. Im guessing you don't need barcode scanners because you mentioned having a small business. In that case, this is probably the best deal for small businesses.

Also, you can even get a 30-day free trial before you decide to pay for the recurring membership.

    I hope this helps you!

Well, what do you need the inventory system for? Most modern shopping carts have the ability to track inventory within the cart. Do you need something more then that? Is it because you are doing multi-channel? If so you need a multi-channel package that will interface with your shopping cart. What shopping cart are you using?

  • Hey There,

There are a lot of great options out there- it really depends on your priorities for your business and your budget. I work for ecomdash, and we’re a multichannel inventory management tool geared towards small businesses. When we first designed the tool, we wanted it to have a simple interface because our goal was to help sellers who don’t necessarily have a background in tech or online management. Our tool has step-by-step user guides, but if you ran into problems, our team is available to help in every way - over the phone, through email or on WebEx video conference to just walk you through anything and answer all of your questions at the same time. As far as expense, it really depends on how much you sell and your budget. Ecomdash’s lowest subscription starts at 49.99/mo for up to 500 sales orders/mo. If you don’t find other suggestions here that meet your needs, I would also check out WebRetailer and EcomBytes for software reviews. Good luck!

I use something called Veeqo as my inventory management software. It's pretty easy to use and has served us well for the past few months, no problems with the software. Reasonably priced too - we run a small business so we don't have a fortune to spend on this kind of software. They also do purchase order software, which we're currently using - doing the job well so far. I guess it depends on your situation, there's loads of softwares out there.

Even paypal gives you inventory tracking facility, if you are small business, you don't need any fancy software, my opinion of course..
