How Much Outsourcing?
I have set up a blog about three weeks ago and having posted 4 articles so far.
I haven't totally set up the website yet though, there are some changes I want to make, like adding a introduction video, an email capture and most importantly adding some adverts to the site so that I can hopefilly start making some money from it.
traffic is also a problem.
I have had less then 150 visitors so far, and I am not even sure if its counting my visits.
I have a twitter, facebook page and a google+ page where I post links to the blogs and try to engage with the people who follow them.
I use hootsuite to share anything I post.
Now, going back to things I need to do.
A video, An Email capture and Adsense.
The Video can be done fairly easily. I have a camera, so its just a matter of filming it, editing and uploading. even though I wouldn't know how to edit or upload it.
Then there is the Email capture. What the hell would I use that for? People would obviously get links to my website each week into their inbox, but beyond that, I wouldn't know how to use it properly.
Then, I have never set up an adsense campaign before.
How much of this should I know myself and how much should I be willing to outsource?
I suppose, it depends on budget.
If you have the money to pay others to do certain things you feel you shouldn't be doing then great, but otherwise, learn to do it, which has the down side of having to spend hours and hours of time learning how to do these things and then implimenting it.
