Hi fellow warriors,

Just lately I and a number of fellow marketers are noticing a decrease in support services for some products being sold. We have also had a number of purchases where bonus offers have either not been given or have required too many hoops to jump through.

As recent as 3 days ago I purchased a plugin and it had an issue. I contacted the vender 3 times, twice by 2 different support ticket avenues (why?) and once by email. None have been answered as yet nor have I received a notice that any of the contacts have been received. Fortunately I did not buy the upgrade although I did want to but since I have been burned a couple of times I now wait to see if the original product works as advertised. There were 3 upsells/downsells to this product. A pro version, a graphics pack and a pro+graphics upgrade. The top price was $167.

I will give this vendor another few days grace and then will see what direction to take. It really leaves a bad taste for a newbie's confidence and really cheeses off more experienced marketers or would be marketers. Now I am not saying these people are members of the WF, I have tried to locate them here though.

I would like to think that when I buy a product in good faith that after purchase support would be forthcoming. Any one else experienced this sort of behavior?
