change on method and need advice

I was doing click bank and youtube. I wanted to start out since I do not have enough money nore experience to do ppc yet. I am also wanting to master a traffic source. I am finding out the more and more I learn that youtube and click bank can be a long drawn out waiting game. Now I know fast traffic is paid traffic but is there anything that is on the very cheap to free side that can be good to learn that is a little faster with sales? I am hearing ti can take 1-2 months for some videos to rank in order to get decent traffic. Also I know some people say do affiliate marketing but from also what I have read list building is where the money is at. So I am trying to look at something that is going to be the most profitable to get income to move into investing in ppc. Can anyone tell me what could be something good to look into to build up a roll ( as they say in poker ) to invest in some of the better methods..

    Maybe you can sell your skills to the highest bidder.

    For example, sell your article writing skills, your web designing skills etc. There is a market for all kinds of stuff. Also, you will be surprised as well with regards to all the monetizable talents you have till you finally do take an inventory of yourself as well.

    Have you ever heard of www.Eleavers.com ? Its an alternative ppc network to Google AdSense that actually lets you advertise your affiliate links. I have made clickbank sales using this network because you can get highly targeted visitors to your site for less than 1 cent per click.

    That being said, this site can produce you a really good ROI. I haven't always made sales with clickbank but when I stumbled across this site, things changed.
