Cancel or risk a bad review?
I provide some gigs on Fiverr as a way of making some extra money. Recently, a buyer ordered my gig and his instructions were a little unclear. So I messages him right away to clarify.
His response to my message was less than cordial and he/she came off as a jerk.
My question is: I can cancel his order or I can go through with it, but risk a bad review.
A bad review will do more harm to my Fiverr reputation than a cancellation. And to make matters worse, Fiverr has gone to a star rating system. It's no longer a simple thumbs up or thumbs down.
Just want to get some thoughts about how I should proceed. I have a 100% feedback rating and always deliver my gigs on time.
Thanks for your input!
