
IM firms: what's your advantage over your competitors?
The truth is, from a services standpoint, I don't really do anything different from a thousand other IM businesses (lead generation, seo, smm, email marketing, etc etc). So how am I better than the competition?
After thinking about it, I realized one thing that sets me apart is I build & maintain relationships with my clients & work to build up trust. I not only provide IM services to them but also reach out them periodically to see how things are going, answer questions, etc.
So, that's the direction I think I'm going in response to that question: The advantage of going with my business is I develop relationships built on trust.
What do you guys think of that one? Does it sound too generic of an answer? Any other suggestions for a better answer?
