If the product sells, the buyer wants the product. Fiver is a bit touchy on direct contact, so I can see how a link to a zip file on my website might run into problems from fiverr.

If you want to promote your site while delivering the product, or offer additional services etc you could add a hyperlink in the zip file.

Not sure if the fiverr guys check out the zip file though or if it's against their TOS...

With fiverr you would just attach the ebook in the same fashion that you attach files to emails and send it to the buyer. If it's a large file you would compress it and send it as a zip file.

Delivering an eBook is simple since you can deliver the product to the buyer by directly uploading your eBook or zip file to Fiverr (up to 50mb.) after they purchase. This is normally done manually.

Videos can also be uploaded the same way, but keep in mind that the maximum upload file size is 50mb per file. (up to 150mb per total upload I believe). I would not recommend going that route, as it will take up much of your time waiting to upload those videos every time someone purchases. Thus in the case of a video collection you'd be forced to link to a zip file from your site, or any external host. Note: I am not confirming that this is within their TOS, but we've been doing it this way without consequence, and it's just not possible any other way to deliver larger files.

Using fiverr and selling digital products can be irritating for one basic reason. Most of use usually sells digital products for passive income but when you are doing it through fiverr, it does not remain passive. You need to deliver every time someone buys the product. You can avoid this by using Seoclerks which works quite same as fiverr but does have the Instant download option for the buyer.

I think selling digital products on fiverr will not work.Because I am a seller on fiverr.i tried out selling ebooks at fiverr but i didn't get any order.Now mostly i sell graphic design service on fiverr.it works very well.so you better to try out sell your skill like

Graphic designing
writing/proofreading
music
video production and so on

Getting orders on Fiverr depend on allot of different things including the product itself, (eBook title/topic, etc), and the marketing of the product. The fact that you received no orders, hardly justifies telling others that it will not work for them.

I find what you say about Fiverr downloads curious.

If a vendor is getting no orders for EBook downloads on Fiverr can this not be taken as an indication of the traffic available at the mentioned website.

You may have misattributed the causation, there? I would suggest to you that the reason for that was lack of marketing and/or lack of supplying in-demand products, not simply the fact that what you were trying to sell comprised "digital products".

Some people selling digital products on Fiverr are doing very well.

  It should be possible to write some type of script so that when you receive an email notification saying you have an order from someone that you log onto fiverr and send them a response with the file attached.

Hi , when I want to sell an ebook there , the team of fiverr told me as there is not allowed to promote it there !

What I do: (I sell PLR articles via fiverr)
1. compress to .zip
2. upload to file sharing sites such as dropbox, mega dot co, etc.
3. create a template/swipe file with the download link
4. everytime time some orders, I'll just copy and paste my swipe files and deliver it.
