Any help would be appreciated!

    Hi,

Go here for the XML one for google.

And here for the readable one for humans.

Try Google (XML) Sitemaps Generator for WordPress
It is a WP plugin that generates the XML sitemap, pings Google, Yahoo etc that it is ready. Also has a lot of options for putting in static pages if you have any and creating a compressed file if needed.

      Hi SeanyG,

It comes with extensive and thorough 'read me' files and documentation. Just add initiative and you're away Any common settings for SEO tweaks etc can easily be found by searching google for specifics - all WP plugins are similar in this way as they are so widely used, and information about WP/plugins is probably the easiest info to locate on google in my experience.

After you add your sitemap, don't forget to link to it from your main blog. I added a sitemap without linking to it for three long weeks

be sure to add a link to your sitemap from your index.php file.

    Good luck,
