search google for create zip files. There is a ton of free software/versions.
I use one called 7-zip its free and open source.

Once installed it will be as easy as right clicking on the group of files and choosing the appropriate action.

  First go to 7-zip.org and download the file to your computer. If Windows, then download the .exe file.
  
  Once downloaded, double click and it'll ask if you want it installed? Click "Yes" and follow the instructions.
  
  Next watch this video. It'll explain everything to both .zip and unzip.

If you using Windows, simply highlight all the files and/or folders you want to zip up with your mouse/keyboard, right click and choose "Send to..." and then "Compressed (zipped) folder".

How I make all my zips. Works perfect, no extra software needed.

If you use the windows, you should right click on the folder, then hold on the "send" & click on the compressed ZIP folder Or, You can use the WINRAR/ .rar or ZIP software.

There's tons of open source free-ware you could try. Check out download.cnet.com and make your pick. Search for file compression or something like that.

The tool I use for stuff like that is called PDF24 Editor. It's an free and easy to use tool. You just drag and drop the files you wanna zip. in there!

If your on a MAC, just press [CTRL] + CLICK, then "Compress..." - All done!

hi, i dont think its that complicated. just browse any search engine for winzip software on the internet. it is usually free. after downloading and installing, right-click on the file or folder you want to zip up (

) and choose compress or convert to zip folder.
