I want to take advantage of a WSO but can't

Can someone tell me how to get a message through for a WSO ... when posting restrictions keep you from doing so?

The offer seems to require you to sign up for PayPal account. I just got out of PayPal and don't want back in at this time. So, it seems I cannot take advantage of the offer. But PMs and support requests to the poster go unanswered.

How frustrating!

    PayPal allows you to pay by credit card and bank account. Why can't you use one or the other to purchase the WSO you want? You don't have to have a PayPal account in order to pay this way.

    Or don't you have either?
