How to grow a real estate portal fast?

Hi,

I have 16k listings, a load of agents/brokers that will put their listings with us, but I need buyers to search for real estate on our site.

Loading up the content a few years ago would have meant that google would have sent traffic to it right away, but now something else is required.

I thought about a property buyer sharing the listing on FB asking their friends what they think about the house, but then someone in the industry told me that people generally don't like other people knowing how much money they have.

So any ideas?

It doesn't matter how wacky, I am willing to look at it.

    YouTube is incredible for real estate agents. Every agent makes a video walkthrough of every house they list and either uploads it to their own channel or a master channel for groups of agents. People that are searching or learning about either that agent or homes in the area then find the videos and call the agents. This works awesome for both buyer and seller leads. The main reason it works is people are willing to spend a lot of time watching videos and personal videos build trust. So in step format:
    1. Agents all get a method to make videos and upload them. An iphone or android device is ideal for a complete solution.
    2. Agents upload and take extra time to tag videos correctly including their phone number.
    3. Keep doing this repeatedly over several years.
    4. The leads and sales will start to come in soon after beginning and then steadily increase over time.
    5. Sell your company and retire.
