Best place to find a Niche List

I have been searching for niche lists and I came across "Massive Niche List 3.0" I quickly realized that the item was no long for sale. Could someone recommend a similar product or where I can find a niche list? If possible I would like to purchase massive niche list or something along those lines.

Are you looking for a quick way to find a niche without doing the research?

A good source to finding a niche is looking on ....dummies.com. if there a book on that topicvyou know there a demand for it. But you can dig deeper than and to do this I would suggest you dovthe following.

1: From dummies.com pick 5 topics that interests you.
2: Armed with your 5 topics go to google adword keyword planner and begin to enter each topic. Your looking for how many monthly visitors and the competition level. My recommendation for your first attempt is to have between 5000 - 20000 visitors and low competition. You probably going to say how can I make money from that. Well by having low competition gives you a great start, no many people view this as an opportunity. Take advantage.
3: Okay so by now you should have found your niche, understand your competition, have a list of other keywords related to your chosen topic. You also by now have decided how your going to execute this. Blogging? Posting affiliate banners on a website? Its also important to have a short, medium and long term goals that have to be realistic with them.
4:Everything is now in place and its time to take action. With action its really important to stay consistent, give as much value as you can but most importantly you need to follow the natural route. Just imagine your following instructions to put something together. You wouldn't skip a step because the likelihood is that you would put something together that will either break and not fit for purpose or be unsafe. The same would be for your business. You cant skip a section so its important to stick to this.

find related products to niche
look after list
look for new opportunities to improve your business model but only when your established.

  IMO picking a niche just because it's on a list is like searching a catalog of courses from a university to find a career.
  
  It's the wrong way to start a business.
  
  Start with market demand. Look for groups of people with common problems and wants so that you can offer them a paid solution to meet the demand.
  
  Search this forum's threads for "pick a niche" or "choose a niche" any you should see many discussions with the information you need - it's been talked about for years.

  In my opinion, the single most important key concept of which to be aware, in this regard, is the difference between "the size of the pie" and "the size of your slice of the pie".
  
  Many (perhaps "most") people who try things out unsuccessfully have confused the two, perhaps not quite appreciating that what pays money into their bank account is only the size of their slice, and that the size of the pie itself is relevant - if at all - only in so far as huge pies have crowds of hundreds/thousands of other marketers round them, and it can be pretty difficult even to get within crust-cutting distance of them, let alone to help yourself to a good, rich, nourishing slice from them.
