How to monetise blog audience promoting external professionals' services?

Dear Community

Im here with a question to which I cant find an answer I have a blog revolving around Wordpress. I sell website dev services in Wordpress and make affiliate income promoting hosting services. Everything is fine there and my visits are at about 1800 per day.

Now Im thinking how can I make money promoting other people services such as:
- logo creation
- content copywriters
- seo consulting
and so on?

I dont want to be involved in doing these services through my structure, but instead find other qualified professionals to do it. So I would make a nice landing page for each service I offer/promote and convert it from there...... BUT HOW???

)) Here comes my questions

I have a few concerns:
- I dont want to lose the customer (meaning i need to make sure I get my commission before he goes with professional)
- I want to maintain a relation with the customer because I could promote him the copywriting services as well as other services (this can be done easily by keeping his email).

But about the first point, how can I make sure I get my money when I send user X toa copywriter professional? Should I sell it first and then involve Pablo?

Should I go for a flat fee regardless of their agreement or should I go with percentage?

What are your ideas?

Thank you!

It seems to me the best solution would be to become a reseller of the services you offer.

    It's a simple arbitrage method:
-> You get the order from your customer
-> You order from the peron doing the work
-> You send over the work to your customer and keep the profit.

It's a solid method and it definately works. Your main task will be to find outsourcers who deliver quality work on time. So i suggest you do some tests to see how they deliver.

    Good luck!

Ok but how would you deal with communications? Feedbacks? Reviews?

Should I be in the middle of it the whole time?

Maybe I could hire a VA to be the link between professional and final customer.

Everything would be run via email or chat

      Maybe it could work

      Cheers

    Hi,

    The best option is:

    - Do JV's with other service providers
    - You can ask to white label their services then offer it to your clients
    - If you don't want to talk to your clients then another way is to talk to
your JV partner and offer a coupon code of some sort so that you can
    track sales from your blog
    - Another way is to ask your JV partner if they have an existing affiliate
program and sign up with them

    hope this helps!

    Hi

The thing is, these services are sold by other professionals who need to communicate in some sort of way with the client before he actually makes any payment.

Im afraid that I would lose my commission in that case.

What would you reccommend in that case. If Im reccomending 10 people to a logo designer, how could I make money out of it, if the designer and the final customer have to speak prior to exchangin money and service? How could I still get my slice?

I hope someone has an answer to this question

Not sure you can have your cake and eat it too. In other words, if you're not involved in the process, you have to give up some control. If you want control, you have to be involved in the process.

Maybe you should consider creating a listing of "Preferred Providers" and charge them a monthly fee for being listed on your site and for receiving referrals from you.
