Help with Property Sales Niche in Spain

Hi guys,

I need some advice/ideas....or at least a starting direction.
I have been approached by a family real estate company here in Spain. They want me to get them more online prospects/potential clients.

They already have a website running for a few years and it ranks for a few good long tail keywords. It doesn't have a massive amount of good Backlinks and the site content is limited to a few pages of writing and then 80% property images.

They do not have any options for capturing emails.

Basically they want me to create a report on what I think would be the way to go to improve traffic, exposure and basically get them more clients.

I have a few ideas but not sure if I should take the job on because I know nothing about the real estate niche, (selling properties in Spain to mainly Uk and European buyers).

I also know that real estate is a massive competitive market.

I would be happy to just spend a few hours a month working on this project part-time for a few hundred bucks rather than make it a full-time job.

I am not sure where to start.
Not sure what type of work is involved here...is, what I would need to do to get exposure and additional clients for this company.

Any of you guys have ideas on what I could do?
Any advice from real estate marketers?
Do you think this company would need to invest in a monthly marketing budget? I would then use that budget to pay for ways to get more traffic?
