Please Share Tips For Selling Sites
This weekend I decided to sell one of my sites in order to raise cash to pay for domain names/content creation for a slew of new sites I'm looking to launch over the next 60 days.
Tried to list it last night on Sitepoint but it was down as they transitioned to this new "Flippa" layout.
I did some quick searching and read articles saying that you should list the site on Sitepoint and then post notices about the sale on other IM forums WF & DP to gain exposure from different online communities. Dunno if that still applies with the new "Flippa" version of the site or not.
Anyway...can you guys shed any insight as to how to get the best results when selling a site? Questions running around in my mind are:

- How long does it take on average to get a site sold once it's listed?
- What's the Best Way to Handle Payment?
- How much should I realistically expect to see a site sell for in relation to it's revenue? (i.e. if it's generating $500 p/month in adsense with little to no work, what kind of price would make sense?)
