Hi there everyone!

For anyone who hasn't had a chance to correspond with me, my name is Tyler Hord and I am a beginner with a dream of freedom and wealth.

I started my dream when I decided to become a distributor for a company called Xocai (SHO-SIGH). I decided to have a website built by someone so I could have a very professional look and feel to the website, however; this has proven to be a very long and annoying process as the webmasters had all kinds of problems with their content management software plus a bunch of other things that are pointless to mention.

So now I'm here 3 months!! later, and I need peoples opinions and criticism of all kinds! positive negative or just your own thoughts.

I am also learning right now about SEO so if anyone would like to help me out with some pointers on SEO and some effective tactics that you use currently than feel free to share, or PM me.

I want to thank everyone ahead of time that were able to respond to this thread.

    • I'm not sure I know what the website is about. It tells me I can work from home, be a healthier person etc. But it doesn't tell me how, or why or what the whole thing is about. Chocolate? Are you offering me a job, a franchise or do you just want me to eat chocolate (happy to oblige)?

    It's good that you are already starting. I'm here about a week and I haven't purchased my dot.com yet.

    Some comments on the page:

    1. the Green background, brown heading and black xocai title doesnt fit with me. It was too much contrast that I can handle. As for the Black xocai in the title with brown background, you have to really look hard to see it.

    2. Wrong spelling : First I want you to watch this short video and "than" fill out the form

    I think you mean "then".

    3. Also the part where we enter our email : you will receive an email in your inbox.

    I recommend changing it to : Please check your inbox..or just plain old "you will receive an email", some people advices others to also check in their bulk mail folder, since it may be tagged as spam ;-)

    I was and am impressed that you are able to materialize a project like this. It must have been a real effort on your part. I know coz I'm still on the way to doing what you've just accomplished. Keep up the spirit. I might join you since I really like chocolates.

    As for the search engine optimization:

    1. You could write an article about how great anti-oxidant chocolates are.

    2. Post it to www.ezinearticles.com about a day for it to be approved, put in a link to your website on the bottom of the article or on the sig part.

    3. Create a blog in blogger etc. link with the ezinearticle - optional.

    4. go to www.socialmarker.com and submit the url of your ezinearticle there. In your first use, you will have to register to all of the bookmarking sites there. so it will probably take several hours. Once submitted your article will have a higher search ranking. Some say in the 1st page. I am not sure of this.

    Read other post here, search using the search box in the upper right. There are a wealth of info here.

      Thanks for the input and the SEO tips I will definitely be looking more into writing different articles that relate to my website.
