You might want to check Viabuy, their credit cards allow you to pay all over the world.

It'll cost you 30€ per year though, and i don't think there are many cheaper solution out there.

As for fees, nearly every payment solution have fees.

thansk for the the suggestions, the reason i dont want to pay using a credit card is that my CC currency is in Euros so there will be a big fee for conversion costs, which is why i want the prepaid cards currency to be dollars

I don't think you can transfer your paypal funds to entropay either. And although some people have reported that they have had a good experience with entropay, I have also seen tons of reports of customers complaining about poor support, headaches, and scams dealing with entropay. Now I have never used entropay before but was considering it until I read several disturbing reviews. So for you (and those of you who currently use - or considering using this service), do your due diligence and search terms like "entropay scam" and see what pops up.

One big NO NO for me is that I wouldn't trust a company with my money or personal information (especially in a foreign county) if all they provided me was an email or mailing address to get in touch with them, no phone # whatsoever listed in their contact. I have never seen this with any financial institution that I have ever dealt with.

Now as far as your question of finding a card that you can transfer your paypal funds to, I have used Mangomoney.com and Accountnow.com prepaid cards in the past and they worked when I wanted to transfer my PayPal funds to them. However, be advised that you will have to be a U.S. citizen and provide SS# to register for these card tho, there's no way around it (so since you're not in the U.S. maybe if you have a business partner or family member who is a U.S. citizen, then they can register the card for your use). And like others have said, ALL these cards comes with some type of fees, just some less than others.

P.S. Also as others have suggested, you might try payoneer. Perhaps this will work for you.

If you ready to pay at least some small amount of fee then you can order the prepaid cards which offers in the USA. Prepaid cards are becoming popular among consumers, gift givers, employers. The main advantage of prepaid cards is convenience.
